Karla is passionate about high performance team development and creating respectful workplaces.
As Chair of the BC Parks Foundation, Vice-Chair of Delta Police Board, Director on the Canadian Association of Police Boards, Delta Hospital & Community Health Foundation, KinVillage Campus of Care and The C&M Alliance Canada, over the years Karla has been a key leader in strategic planning, succession planning and fostering organizational excellence. She has also developed long term workforce and HR strategies for Indigenous communities in Northern B.C. Her proudest role, however, is mom to four adult children and Grandma of three.
Whitney brings over 10 years of experience in sales and promotions, client relations and candidate development to the Rockwell team. She handles outreach, screening, candidate relations, events, social media and special projects. Whitney’s career experience has been focused in executive recruitment, event planning and B2B and B2C sales. Finding the perfect fit for both the client and the candidate is what she finds the most fulfilling part of recruitment. Whitney is proud to be the third generation of Rockwell HR - granddaughter to our founder, Bea Rockwell, and daughter of Karla.
Although she enjoys serving on the Delta Police Foundation Board, CKNW Kid’s Fund Golf Committee and the Tsawwassen Business Improvement Association Board, Whitney’s favourite volunteer role is managing her son’s various sports teams and serving as their personal chauffeur!
Erin joined Rockwell in 2021 as an Organizational Development Project Specialist. As a noteworthy education leader for 40 years, Erin is uniquely qualified for project consulting, supporting organizations through change management, staff engagement, performance management and workplace culture projects. Erin has been Faculty Associate and Adjunct Professor for Teacher Education at UBC, mentoring over 100 teacher candidates, and an Instructor for the Delta Teaching Assistant Program.
Aside from an M.Ed with a Concentration in Counselling Psychology (Leadership), Erin holds a B.Ed with Distinction from the University of Calgary. She carries the CCC (Canadian Certified Counsellors) designation.
